After requesting information from Party On Event Rental and receiving an estimate from our system, please call our office 215-672-8368 to place a deposit to reserve your rental items for your event. We will require a deposit with a valid credit/debit card on file. An Estimate is NOT a confirmed reservation. Once you place your deposit you will receive an order confirmation invoice from our system.
We accept reservations up to anytime before your event based on availability of equipment. We recommend reserving your order as soon as you’re sure that you want to book. Please call our office to book 215-672-8368
25% deposit for event date reserved 60 days out or more 50% deposit for event date reserved 30 days out or more Full payment is due for event date reserved within 14 days
Final payments are due 5 days before the delivery date. Party On Event Rental accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If payment is not received by the due date the credit/debit card on file will be automatically charged for the remaining balance.
No. We do not have a minimum order requirement.
No. Party On Event Rental is delivery only.
Standard delivery schedule will operate during business hours Wednesday-Friday For weekend events, we typically deliver Thursday and Friday. You will receive notification of scheduled delivery day and time frame by Tuesday before your event date.
Standard pick up schedule will operate during business hours Monday-Wednesday Pickup is not scheduled. For weekend events, we typically pick up on Monday or Tuesday after your event, weather permitting. Equipment should be ready for pickup the day after your event date. All tables and chairs must be broken down and left as received for pick up (table and chair set up/breakdown is an available service item for an additional cost) Linens do not need to be cleaned after use. Please remove food debris and trash from linens and place in a bag or bunch together all linens for pick up.
Time Sensitive delivery and/or pickup can potentially be accommodated for additional elevated service and delivery fees. Please inquire for pricing.
Party on Event Rental associates will always set up and break down all Tents and tent accessories (e.g walls, lighting, etc.). Table and chairs with tent orders will be left stacked neatly under the completed tent. Table and chairs ordered without a tent will be left stacked neatly in customer driveway Table and chair set up available for additional service charge. Please inquire for more information.
No, you do not need to be home for the delivery. For Tent Orders: Customer must mark desired placement of tent by marking the general area (markers can be flags, soccer balls, lawn chairs etc. placed at the four corners of desired tent location). A reinstallation charge will be incurred to move the tent after installation. Tables, Chairs and Linens will be left stacked neatly under the completed tent. Table and Chair Orders: Tables, Chairs and Linens will be left stacked neatly in customer driveway in front of garage or yard gate. Please inquire for delivery rates to deliver to backyard, inside garage or other delivery circumstances.
Customer must provide Party On Event Rental associates reasonable access to deliver rental equipment. Reasonable access includes providing space for truck access. Please inform us in advance if there are any obstacles or limitations of access to the delivery site.
No. Party On Event Rental associates are never permitted to enter any non commercial dwellings. This includes homes, apartments, enclosed patios etc.
The customer is responsible for all equipment for the duration of the rental. If something is broken a replacement fee will be charged. Party On Event Rental offers an OPTIONAL 10% damage waiver. The damage waiver does not cover loss by vandalism, malicious mischief, theft, or damages caused by a third party not associated with the renter.

Our crews typically operate Monday through Friday dusk to dawn, rain or shine.
The required reservation deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation. Notice of cancellation must be received at least 5 days before delivery date. Event cancellations received after 5 days before the delivery date are not eligible for refunds. Deposits will be applied to rescheduled events up to 1 year after the original scheduled event date. Reservations with linens will incur a 50% re-rental fee for the cost of the linen rental portion only.
