All linens are delivered cleaned and pressed inside a sealed plastic bag with your order name listed on a pre printed label affixed on the outside of the enclosed linens.

No, the linens do not need to be cleaned. Please remove food debris and trash from the linens and place in a bag or bunch all linens together for pick up.

Yes, you will be responsible for full replacement cost for any missing, burned or torn linens. Please notify our pick up staff if you are unable to locate missing linens.

Yes, you can make changes to your linen order up to 10 days before your event date. Changes to your linen order must be submitted by written notice via email to [email protected]  You will receive confirmation of changes via updated emailed invoice.
