Delivery and Pick up

Standard delivery schedule will operate during business hours Wednesday-Friday

Standard pick-up schedule will operate during business hours Monday-Wednesday

Requests for delivery or pick up on Saturdays, Sundays, or after regular business hours will incur additional fees and elevated delivery rates

Additional delivery charges will apply for additional rental items requested after delivery of ordered items

The delivery schedule is determined by Party On Event Rental which you will be notified and provided your scheduled delivery time frame 12-24 hours prior

Pick up schedule is determined by Party On Event Rental – Standard pick-up can be as early as the day after your event date

Delivery charges are based on distance, size, and type of delivery

Reservations and Assurance of Rentals

A NON REFUNDABLE reservation deposit and a current credit/debit card number are required to reserve any rental equipment from Party On Event Rental.

Finalizing Rentals

Final rental quantities are due 7 days before your event date.

Additions to your rental order will be accepted based on availability up until 24 hours before delivery date. This includes tent accessories, such as walls, heaters and basic lighting.

Reductions to your rental order will not be accepted after 7 days before your event date.

Final Payment for Balances Due

Final payments are due 5 days before the delivery date. Party On Event Rental accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Customer Responsibility

If renting a TENT – Customer must mark the desired placement of tent by marking the general area (markers can be flags, soccer balls, lawn chairs etc. placed at the four corners of desired tent location). A reinstallation charge will be incurred to move the tent after installation.

All tables and chairs must be broken down and left as received for pick up (table and chair set up/breakdown is an available service item for an additional cost)

Linens do not need to be cleaned after use. Please remove food debris and trash from linens and place in a bag or bunch together all linens for pick up.

OPTIONAL Damage Waiver

Party On Event Rental offers an OPTIONAL 10% damage waiver. The damage waiver does not cover loss by vandalism, malicious mischief, theft, or damages caused by a third party not associated with the renter.

Inspection

The customer is responsible for inspecting rental equipment. Customers must notify Party On Event Rental of any defects or problems with rental equipment before your event. Party On Event Rental will in good faith rectify any issues or concerns if possible to ensure the success of your event.
